Sweepstakes Rules
Caramoor Sweepstakes Rules:
* No purchase necessary
* Sweepstakes begins June 25, 2010 at 10 a.m. and ends on August 11, 2010 at 5 pm Eastern Time.
* The sweepstakes is entered by saving an event to your ArtsWestchester.org profile.
* A winner will be selected at random at 5pm every Thursday from that week’s new saved events.
* The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.
* Sweepstakes entry limited to U.S residents only.
* Employees and Board Members of ArtsWestchester and their families are not eligible.
* Must be 18 or over on June 28, 2010 to win.
* Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per person.
* Any persons found creating false profiles or otherwise tampering with entries will be automatically disqualified.
* ArtsWestchester is not responsible for issues that are out of our control that may influence how entries are gathered, including but not limited to power outages, server failures and loss of internet access.
* Winners will be notified by email immediately after week’s drawing. Winners will have fourteen days to respond and claim their prize.
* Unclaimed prizes remain the property of ArtsWestchester and may be offered for sweepstakes or auction at a later date.
* Winners’ names will be announced on our website.
* Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release which releases ArtsWestchester from liability in connection with the winner’s use of any prize and permits ArtsWestchester to use the winner’s name to promote the contest where permitted by law.
* A list of winners can be obtained at www.artswestchester.org or by written request to ArtsWestchester, 31 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, NY 10601.
* Void where prohibited
* Taxes are the responsibility of winner.
