2014 Guidelines and Applications

Arts Alive Artist Grants provide direct support to artists to create original new work that incorporates the community as context. Projects must be initiated by the artist, and a reflection of the community must be integral to the project and to the creative process.  Two $2,500 awards.

Arts Alive Project Grants support arts & cultural programs at the community level. First time applicants are most competitive. Artists and Unincorporated arts organizations may apply for project grants in tandem with a fiscal agent organization. Grants awards: $1,000 — $5,000.
