Likenesses of the first WACs from Yonkers are featured in this exhibit of women who joined the war effort in the 1940s, as well as 11 new photographs of Westchester women soldiers of today. The soldiers’ sotries and perspectives on the wars are transcribed on tape and film in the exhibition, along with their images.
