Gail Heidel: Takings

Clay Art Center is proud to present Takings, a new interactive clay and mixed media installation that promotes an emergent system that self-organizes communities while critiquing the use of eminent domain, by NY clay artist Gail Heidel.

For Takings the gallery will be transformed into an environment of wood, clay and other building materials, challenging viewers to consider our immediate environment, and how the decisions we and others make can drastically alter it.
