Organized by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, with support from Bellas Artes, Meridian Risk Management, New Rochelle Chevrolet, Charles Fazzino’s Museum Editions, On the Waterfront restaurant and Sound Shore Medical Center, ArtsFest highlights the variety of arts and arts venues in New Rochelle, with free art exhibits, programs, performances and activities that give both visitors and residents alike a window into the city’s rich cultural and artistic diversity. A free “Culture Trolley” will provide “hop on – hop off” transportation to the activities taking place in public and private cultural institutions throughout the city. For a complete schedule of venues and events visit www.newrochellearts.org. “New Rochelle has always embraced the arts,” says Judith Weber, President of NRCA. “and this year we are delighted to have a “Title Sponsor,” Belles Artes, and five “Trolley Sponsors,” Charles Fazzino Museum Editions LTD, Meridian Risk Management, New Rochelle Chevrolet, On the Waterfront restaurant and Sound Shore Medical Center, each of whom stepped up to make an investment in the arts and in our community.” Also providing support for ArtsFest are “Event Sponsors” TransFORM, Iona College, Posto 22, the New Rochelle Fund for Educational Excellence and Patch. “Supporters” include the College of New Rochelle, the New Rochelle Downtown Business Improvement District, Alvin & Friends restaurant, Modern Paint and Hardware, and Blackboard Pizza. “Business Supporters” include the Friends of New Rochelle Public Library and R Patisserie.
